Brotherhood prefers all claims to come in through their website. If you have not already done so, please go to www.brotherhoodmutual.com and register your ministry, which is real easy to do. As a registered ministry, you are able to view your payment history, make online payments, and file non Workers Comp claims 24/7.

From Brotherhood's home screen, click on the “MY ACCOUNT” link that is located in the blue bar at the top of the screen which will take you to the main MY ACCOUNT home page.

If you have not previously registered, follow the "Register" link and answer the questions. Once you submit it, you will be sent an email immediately with one final link to click on which will complete your registration process. Then you can sign in and follow the appropriate link to file your claim and you will be done.
